Iridescent keycaps can be ordered on-demand at yuzukeycaps.com, where you can customise the keycaps to be exactly what you need for your keyboard! This doc has tips on how to use Yuzu .
For more information about Yuzu, see here; for more information about the set or any questions, see the GeekHack thread or my Discord.
Note: links in this doc include my Yuzu affiliate code, which increase the royalty I get from Yuzu on sales ^^

Two ways to start:
For now, if you want to be able to choose from all the novelties or support multiple keyboards, I recommend 2. starting from a pre-prepared kit. You will need to spend extra time deleting the keycaps you don’t need so that it isn’t so expensive (Yuzu charges per unit of keycap, with some price breaks the more units you order), but adding multi-colour novelties from scratch is currently difficult, though improvements are on Yuzu’s roadmap. Also, ordering the same amount of keycaps in 1 “set” is cheaper than ordering it across 2 “sets” (of different keyboards).
However, if you want to change the language of your keycaps or are less familiar with keycap set kitting, option 1 will likely be easier overall.
Either way, you should be able to customis and get exactly what you want, and if you run into any issues feel free to reach out in my Discord and I’m happy to help ^^
